Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Harrison County, Kentucky. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
