Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Holmes County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
