Formwork carpenter • Kudan, Kaduna State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Kudan, Kaduna State. Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Your main tasks: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
