Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Orange County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time, day shift.
