Immediate opening: CNC mill setter-operator (Jigawa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Kaugama, Jigawa State. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
