Join our team: banquet server (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Noble County, Ohio. You will work in a coffee shop. On the job you will handle: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Part-time with flexible hours.
