Bread and bun maker • Jasper County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jasper County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Performance bonus on top of base pay.
