Join our team: protective coatings painter (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Colbert County, Alabama. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Your main tasks: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
