Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Refugio County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Full-time, day shift.
