The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
