Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Grayson County, Texas. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Six days a week, one day off.
