We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Montgomery County, Alabama. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
