Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Jefferson County, Colorado. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
