Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading The role involves watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways.
