Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jackson County, Florida. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
