Counterbalance forklift operator wanted in Huron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Huron County, Michigan. You will be based at a container loading yard. The role involves: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers You should have: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner 1+ years on the tools preferred.
