Cake decorator wanted in Fairfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Fairfield County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred.
