Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
