Shuttering carpenter — Ohafia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Ohafia, Abia State. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Day-to-day duties: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
