On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Pay around ₦200,000 per month, based on your experience.
