Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
