Coating plant operator wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Madison County, Florida. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends.
