Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Mitchell County, Texas. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious On the job you will handle: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
