Trainee butcher — Moradabad

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request 5+ years on the tools preferred.
