We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Igabi, Kaduna State. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On a typical shift you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
