Back-of-house cleaner — Namchi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Namchi, Sikkim. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass We are looking for basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); able to work fast and keep up under service pressure. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₹34,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
