Powder coating line operator wanted in Lake County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lake County, Ohio. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
