Captain waiter — Brazos County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Brazos County, Texas. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
