Oven operator — Knox County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Knox County, Nebraska. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
