Milling machinist • Cass County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Cass County, Missouri. The job is in a toolroom. The role involves set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time with occasional weekends.
