Line cook • Lavaca County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Lavaca County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
