Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
