Dish pit attendant • Barwani, Madhya Pradesh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₹15,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
