Immediate opening: cook (Jigawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₦200,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
