Meat cutter • Gombi, Adamawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Gombi, Adamawa State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
