Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Magumeri, Borno State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
