Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marshall County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
