Ladle pourer wanted in Darazo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Darazo, Bauchi State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings On the job you will handle: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand Full-time, day shift.
