You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
