Wet plasterer wanted in Wise County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Wise County, Virginia. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Day to day you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; check walls for plumb and level as you go.
