Slinger signaller • Remo North, Ogun State

Now hiring: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Remo North, Ogun State. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles 3+ years on the tools preferred.
