We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Warren County, Virginia. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
