Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Androscoggin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Androscoggin County, Maine. Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
