What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
