Horticulturist — District Hamirpur

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in District Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a public park. The role involves: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Ideally you have happy to work outdoors in all weather; good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting; previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance.
