You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience.
