Vacancy available: we are hiring a gardener in Treutlen County, Georgia. The job is at a plant nursery. Day-to-day duties: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
