Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Knox County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Part-time with flexible hours.
