What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
