Counter butcher wanted in Aniocha South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Aniocha South, Delta State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
